1. Repair Your Roof

Fall is a good time to check out your roof for any leaks or other issues. If you suspect an issue already exists it is very important you make time to fix it before winter comes. If you don’t think you can handle it yourself – call a professional!

2. Keep in the Heat

Check your homes current insulation levels by looking across your attic. If the insulation is just below or level to your floor – add more. The better insulation you have in your home – the more your heating bill will drop! 

3. Care for Your Gutters

To ensure the water continues to flow smoothly and away from your home, rather than into it, check out and clean out your roof’s drainage system. If you want to prevent and protect your homes gutters even further, add mesh guards to keep leaves and debris out that may cause blockage.
