One of the best aspects of renting a roll off container with Waste Solutions 123 is the seamless transition between ordering your dumpster and our driver delivering it to your house. When you call or receive a call about ordering your dumpster, a work order is created. Within the work order, there is an area for notes that pertain to your particular transaction.

After having reserved your dumpster with a credit card by speaking with one of our office managers, you simply tell them EXACTLY where you would like your roll off container placed, and they put that information into your work order for our driver. This allows our professional drivers to know precisely what your expectations are with regards to placement of your roll off container.

Once the driver arrives, he or she will stop short of your residence or job site and physically get out of the truck and survey the area. The driver will then ensure the area desired for drop off is solid, safe, and free of obstructions. After this is complete, he or she will then place two boards parallel with each other to place the rear wheels of the roll off container on. This prevents any abrasive damage to the surface we place the container on to prevent your property from any destruction.

The driver will then back the truck up and drop the rear wheels of the dumpster onto the parallel boards he/she initially placed on the ground. Upon the rear wheels contacting the ground, the driver will lower the front of the roll off container to about 1 foot off the ground and the place two more boards onto the surface. Much like the boards in the rear, these boards also prevent any abrasive damage to the surface we place the dumpster on. Once the front boards are in place, the driver then gently lowers the front of the dumpster onto the ground. At this point the entire roll off container is on the ground but is not in contact with any part of your solid surface such as your driveway, parking lot, or any other solid surface we lower the dumpster onto.
